Return Policy
All Sales Are Final: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please verify your order details before purchasing.
Order Issues: If you have any issues, contact us immediately at swubakes@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
Pickup Instructions: Pickup must be at the specified date and time. If you cannot pick up, do not place an order. Contact us in advance for assistance.

Order Timeframe
Regular Macarons (24-48 macarons): Please place your order at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
Large Orders (more than 48 macarons): For larger orders, we recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Custom Character Macarons: Due to the complexity of custom designs, please place your order at least 14 days in advance.

Macaron Care & Duration
Refrigeration: Keep macarons in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy them within 5-7 days.
Freezing: For up to 1 month, store in an airtight container.
Serving: Thaw at room temperature: 15 minutes from the fridge or 30 minutes from the freezer.
Handle Gently: Be gentle when handling macarons to avoid breakage.

Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping due to the delicacy of macarons. We are pick-up only in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Delivery
We do not offer delivery as a standard service. However, delivery may be available upon request for an additional charge. Within Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Allergens
Our macarons contain almonds, eggs, and dairy. Made in a licensed home bakery that also handles gluten and tree nuts. Contact us for more details if you have severe allergies.

We offer a variety of add-ons including ribbons, colored paper filling, and stickers to personalize your macaron gift boxes. These options come at an additional cost.
